Overview
At Teego, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Certain items are not eligible for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- T-shirts with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post officially.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced t-shirts may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace t-shirts if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@teego.shop.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to: info@teego.shop. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
